As far back as Krystal can remember she has had a huge love for dogs and at the persuasive age of 5 she convinced her parents that they needed to add a four legged member to their family. Her first dog was a black lab puppy that she named Delilah who she accompanied her mom to puppy obedience classes which lead to her tagging along with aunts, uncles, and grandparents in the future.

Fast forward 19 years and while trying to figure her path in life, Krystal realized how happy she was around dogs. She started off by assisting  classes in 2019, became part of our Day School team in 2020, and soon after started teaching some of her own Family Dog Classes as well as Scent Work classes! Krystal is a USCSS CSD & Judge - so when you're competing in our Tails Scent Work Trials you'll likely have her as a judge! Krystal also does some of our basic obedience private at home lessons as well as private lessons at Tails!

Currently she is a proud dog mom to an 11 year old Border Collie, Kona as well as a 3 year old Border Collie, Rider. Krystal & Rider compete in Agility, Dock Diving, & Scent Work!
