If you've already taken your dog through Puppy Kindergarten, Family Dog I, or equivalent introductory course, Tricks & More is a fabulous class to expand your skills! Learning how to teach your dog to do more complex behaviors like jumping through a hoop, getting in a box, or sitting pretty through clicker training is one of the best ways to strengthen the bond with your dog.
Plus, the more behaviors you teach your dog to do, the better they get at learning in general! This means that through teaching tricks, your dog can learn "life skills" faster and easier.
Trick training is also a great way to give your dog some much needed mental stimulation & physical exercise.
AKC & DO MORE WITH YOUR DOG TRICK DOG TITLES
Through the AKC Trick Dog program you can now earn titles for teaching your dog to perform certain tricks! Often our Tricks & More Classes are taught by AKC Trick Dog evaluators who can help you through this process.
Is your dog not AKC registered? No problem! Do More With Your Dog is an organization where you can earn trick dog titles for non-AKC registered dogs. We have a couple of DMWYD Certified Trick Dog Instructors here at Tails U Win who can evaluate titles as well!
